Eligibility Criteria for HP State Human Rights Commission Recruitment 2025 : 

General Requirements

■Judicial Member:

Must be or have been a Judge of a High Court or District Judge in Himachal Pradesh with at least seven years of experience as a District Judge.

■Administrative Member:

Should possess knowledge or practical experience in matters related to human rights.

■Age Limit

Candidates cannot hold office after attaining the age of 70 years.

■Additional Conditions

Upon ceasing to hold office, members are ineligible for further employment under the State or Central Government .
